CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Should you need to cancel for any reason, 45 days or more before the event, you will receive a credit on your account to use towards another DCI event. Credits must be used within 12 months from the date the credit is issued. If you prefer, a refund, less a $400 non-refundable deposit will be issued. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than 45 days before the event. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time.
